A friends with benefits situationship only sets one up for failure plus it brings a soul tie to that person who isn’t serious other than for intimacy. I dealt with this and let it go and developed a strong relationship with Jesus Christ to build myself up and do it His way without settling. With all the STDs and new term STIs on the rise, the risk far outweighs the benefits. I would let Him pick my future husband and continue to work on me, which is what’s happening now and know that my husband is on the way because I have a strong foundation in Him and I won’t settle for less than His Best for me❤️‼️🔥🥳🎯💯

Amen sis! So you don’t think there’s ever a way to have a mature and mutual FWB situation?

It would have to be an agreement made before hand, outlining the “DOs” and “ DON’Ts” of the relationship and the parties would commit to it fully. If one party fails to hold up their end; then the other person is free to walk away. I’m just saying💯🎯‼️

Absolutely! There’s no other way to do it in my opinion

So you’re having a mature friends with benefits situation? I love it

Yes, I’m enjoying myself. My best friend doesn’t care for it too much but I assured him if it gets to a point where I need to walk away, I can.

And that’s all that matters
